ICAIE AND RADOC BEGIN PRODUCTION ON EP 01: FENTANYL CARTELS

ICAIE has started coordinating with Sam Rad 🔮 (Samantha Radocchia) and partners such as the Council of the Great Lakes Region, et al, on scripting our first episode (Ep.1: The Fentanyl Cartels and their Illicit Enablers) of our ICAIE-RADOC docuseries: The Shadowverse. We will be examining the scale of cross-border illicit flows especially the illegal fentanyl and drug trade; and how these illicit markets generate dirty monies that finance further criminalities in Canada, along the border with the United States with a special spotlight on the Great Lakes region, and beyond in places like Australia and across the Americas and Asia Pacific region alike.
